To list your business financing request on this website, please submit the following:
- The state(s) you operate or will be operating in
- The amount and type of financing you are seeking (there is a $5,000,000 limit under Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 505)
- The level of negotiability in financing (e.g. if you will negotiate for an equity position instead of debt, interest rates, repayment terms, etc.)
- The general industry (not limited to those shown in the menu)
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and, if your company has one, the URL for your website
- A copy of your business plan, or a date when you expect to have your business plan available
Once we have received these items, we will send you a listing agreement. When we receive your signed listing agreement back, we will post your request by both industry and state(s) and send you an e-mail with the listing number. We ask that you check your listing within 24 hours of receiving our e-mail and let us know if there are any errors. Send your materials to:

The fee to list your business is $29.95 $19.95 for the next 100 99 listings we receive, which can be paid by check, money order, or PayPal (use the button below). Your business plan remains listed until financed, up to five years!
Listings will not be posted until payment is received.
Once your listing is active, we will provide your business plan in a downloadable format (Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word) to accredited investors (as described in Rule 505) who request it, along with your contact information. Investors will be told to contact you directly, and you will then deal directly with the investors.
